London, 20 January – Innovation consultancy, Ayming, is delighted to announce that England Netball Captain, Serena Guthrie MBE, will be joining its People, Performance, & Development (PPD) business. Serena will take on the role of Special Advisor and Coach to our PPD client base. 

Alongside Scott Ward, Partner: People, Performance & Development, Serena will be spearheading Ayming’s work with businesses and individuals looking to make changes within team culture with a vision to improve personal and team performance. 

Serena is no stranger to high-performance, making her England debut at just 17 years old. She is a Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist, current England Roses Netball Captain, and has over 100 caps playing for her country. 

As an elite athlete, Serena has a naturally instinctive approach to people coaching. She holds an ILM Level 7 Certification as an accredited people coach. She has excellent experience supporting individuals and teams to develop their personal, professional and organisational goals.
