Factotum Group LLP are delighted to announce that they have acquired the business of R3 IT Services Limited and that Simon Russell, Director of R3, will join Factotum as its’ Chief Information Officer and Chief Technical Officer. The acquisition of the business of R3, a managed IT service provider, adds to the wide range of services Factotum can offer SMEs.
R3’s aims of eliminating business challenges and saving businesses time around IT services are a perfect fit for Factotum. The aim of Factotum is to support businesses in the right way so they have time to focus on their core skills and focus on the parts they do best.
