Neary joins proptech innovator amid strong investment-led growth and upcoming SaaS lettings platform launch.
Online lettings agency, LettingaProperty.com, has appointed ex-GameStop Group MD and co-founder Kevin Neary as Board Chairman, to help drive growth, supported by ongoing investment, planned acquisitions, and product development.
In addition to co-founding, growing and selling videogame giant, GameStop Group, Neary has a history of helping fast-growth businesses to scale at pace, by increasing profitability and growing market share. A LettingaProperty.com Advisor since 2018, Neary’s remit will be supporting the firm’s aggressive market penetration strategy and helping to secure further investment.
Kevin Neary said: “I was attracted by the growth opportunity that exists here. The transition from physical to digital mirrors my experience in the video game industry and I can really see LettingaProperty.com becoming a leader in this space. The new platform is tech-led but service-focused, allowing us to interact with our customers on a very personal level.”
LettingaProperty.com is the longest established online lettings agency in the UK, having helped thousands of landlords to let and manage property since 2008. Its new lettings platform blends innovative tech, deep industry knowledge and expert support, to provide visibility, transparency and control for self-managing landlords and their tenants.
LettingaProperty.com CEO, Jonathan Daines, said: “Kevin is a real difference-maker, with strong ideas and commercial insights. He consistently challenges us to push the business forward and we’re doing just that – achieving massive revenue growth during the pandemic, while expanding our team. We’re so happy to be taking this journey with Kevin on board. We are energised by his involvement and the possibilities ahead.”
Along with the appointment of Neary as Chairman, LettingaProperty.com is working with a number of carefully selected advisors within the property industry and beyond, to support its ongoing growth strategy.
