Kognity acquires tutor Elite IB and is now poised to deliver over 100,000 tutoring sessions in 2022


Stockholm, January 18th. This week Lanterna (part of the Kognity group) acquired Elite IB, a global tutoring and online course company.

Through the acquisition, Lanterna affirms its position as market leader and doubles its tutoring capacity addressing the international private schools market , which consists of over 10,000 schools and 5 million students. The group will deliver over 100,000 tutoring sessions and increase its revenues to over $6M during 2022.
