A study done by Instant Offices revealed exactly what is important to employees as they transition back into office. This ranges from flexible working spaces to technology to assist in their day-to-day to sustainable efforts their company is taking.
Key findings:
70% of all participants found that availability of outside space and natural light were needed to improve wellness within the workplace.
Nearly half of participants found ergonomic furniture to be an important amenity to improving overall wellness.

59% of participants found that relaxation or non-work-related spaces were integral amenities needed to improve overall wellness within the workplace.
The second most popular amenity needed to improve wellness was adjustable temperature.
