The shift to remote recruitment has seen demand for HR tech tools increase resulting in momentous growth for SmartRecruiters 

San Francisco, CA – 15 July 2021 – SmartRecruiters, global leader in enterprise recruitment software, today announces a successful first half of 2021 across Europe, as the talent acquisition industry continues to recover. Not only has SmartRecruiters seen growth across all areas including Sales, Marketing, Development and Operations, but more than 75 companies have committed to implementing its modern talent acquisition suite.

The companies that have revolutionised their recruitment methods with SmartRecruiters include RedBull, Les Mousquetaires, PA Consulting, Veolia, and Axel Springer. Additionally, the Partner and Alliance team launched 23 new partners in the SmartRecruiters Marketplace of apps and services, joining a strong network of more than 600 partners globally, including Codility, CodeSignal, Sterling, HireRight, Modern Hire, HireVue.

To accommodate for the fast-growing business, SmartRecruiters has increased its EMEA team by 22% across all key departments including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Support. The company will be recruiting at an even higher pace in the second half of 2021.

The company has also been ramping up Diversity , Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives over the last quarter. A few of the highlights include supporting over 400 organisations in assessing their Diversity Hiring Maturity through its Diversity Hiring Toolkit, launching the SmartRecruiters’ diversity and inclusive leadership commitments, and conducting its first diversity focused survey.

SmartRecruiters will also present as the headline sponsor of the popular HR-tech industry event, RecFest, held in Margate, UK mid-July and will be returning as the co-headline sponsor in September. Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment management company and one of SmartRecruiters’ largest UK-based customers, will be speaking at the events to showcase their success in using SmartRecruiters products to reduce reliance on recruiting agencies, meet company-wide growth targets, and reduce hiring time.
