January 13th, 2022 – Proteus, the change and transformation consultancy, today announces another strategic hire which will help maintain and expand its client base. Richard Snow is the latest of three Directors to join Proteus and will report to CEO Jason Sahota.

Prior to joining Proteus, Richard had 25 years of experience as a change practitioner in the financial services and insurance industries, delivering tech and business change projects for companies such as AXA, AIG, Zurich, Santander, and Wesleyan, as well as government projects with the Home Office and City of London Police. Richard’s prime focus was leading global projects alongside domestic ones, and has worked in collaboration with more than 15 countries in roles such as execution, project management, and delivery, as well as capability building.

Richard’s initial focus at Proteus will be assurance and capability growth, as well as maintaining relationships with key existing clients and expanding Proteus’s clientele in the financial services sector and beyond.
