The UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group – has added Hennessey to its line-up of the world’s most sought-after luxury and performance car partners. H.R. Owen becomes the sole UK retailer to Hennessey, proudly championing this revered American brand and its Special Vehicles range, including the Venom F5 Coupe and Roadster.
H.R. Owen has 90 years’ experience in luxury car sales and servicing, operating the world’s oldest Bentley dealership, Jack Barclay Bentley, based in Mayfair, and the only Bugatti Service Partner of Excellence in the UK. Among its brands are Aston Martin, BAC, Bentley, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Radford and Rimac Automobili. Earlier this year, H.R. Owen announced its appointment as official UK retailer to pioneering American performance brand, Czinger, and now Hennessey becomes the second Stateside business to join H.R. Owen this year.
The Hennessey Venom F5 aims to be the world’s fastest production car, with a validated top speed in excess of 300mph. This ground-up, completely bespoke hypercar boasts one of the greatest power-to-weight ratios of any road car on sale today, thanks to its weight of just 1,360kg – enabled by a carbon-fiber monocoque weighing just 86kg – combined with its astonishing powertrain: a 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine generating 1,817bhp.

The Venom F5’s 24-car production run is accounted for, but it is now joined by the world’s fastest convertible, the Venom F5 Roadster. Revealed in August 2022 at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Monterey, California, a production run of 30 units is planned, each priced from $3 million (approx £2.65m). Power is provided by the same 1,817bhp ‘Fury’ V8 with an engineered top speed in excess of 300mph.
Hennessey’s strategic product plan will see three all-new vehicles introduced in the next 10 years. Upon completion of the Venom F5 Coupe and Roadster’s 54-car production run, more performance-packed variants of the F5 are expected before Hennessey develops further models that align with its pioneering brand values and obsession with speed.
