May 16th 2022Proteus, the change and transformation consultancy, is further bolstering its senior team with the appointment of Dan Payne. Dan joins Proteus as Director of Digital Transformation reporting to CEO, Craig Mackay.

Dan has significant change delivery experience leading large scale transformation programmes, both in-house and on a consultancy basis.  Most recently, as Head of Change Delivery at NOW (Sky), he was a member of the Leadership Team which successfully launched and grew the business.  He previously held senior delivery roles at Channel 4, Virgin Media, NTL and Accenture.

Dan will focus on leading digital transformations for corporates and scale-up businesses operating in financial services, government, and the public services sector, as well as NGOs and private equity businesses.  Proteus will also be keen to leverage his extensive media and telco experience to bring new clients into the fast-growing business.

Proteus has concentrated on building out its senior team following its acquisition of the intelligent change delivery platform Sharktower in February 2022. Dan’s appointment takes the headcount to 43 as Proteus prepares for the next stage of its growth journey.
