The announcement comes as the company looks to increase its headcount by 50% in 2022
Wednesday, 24th November, London/New York: Student Beans, the online platform providing success for businesses with Generation Z, today announces the appointment of its first-ever Chief People Officer.
Jenny Crawford joins the company as Chief People Officer, following previous roles as VP of People at Trussle; and Chief People Officer at City Pantry (which has now rebranded as Just Eat for business). Jenny brings a wealth of experience to the position and will oversee the global People and Talent Strategy at Student Beans, as well as helping to foster its culture as the company continues to drive phenomenal global growth.
Jenny commented: “I’m ecstatic to be joining Student Beans at such a key point in its growth journey. Everyone I have met so far has been so welcoming, and the energy and commitment that everyone has for the business and its purpose is amazing.
Alongside my work in HR, I am also a qualified teacher and have three Gen Zedders myself, so I could not be more excited to get on board and play my part in helping Student Beans in its mission to “Empower students to thrive”! It’s not often that you get an opportunity to work with such a great bunch of people and for a business where the purpose resonates.”
